While Iguanas may occasionally eat insects in the wild, it's really important to remember is that Iguanas are herbivores and eat a diet made up of greens, veggies a few berries and some fruit. You can also add to the mix some flower buds. Although Iguanas can eat lettuce, feeding an Iguana a diet based entirely on lettuce isn't healthy.
