Animal Fitness Center for Pet Chiropractic Care

Horse joint pain is something I never actually thought about. I always assumed horses, like my horse Semper, didn’t feel pain or get sick. So when my gorgeous stallion started showing signs of arthritis, I had no clue what to do. Looking online I found this great website about an Animal Fitness Center by Dr. Ava Frick. I found out that all animals can get sick just like humans. If I had not taken Semper in so soon and his equine arthritis had gotten worse I would have never lived it down.Animal Pain Relief

What Dr. Ava Frick explained to me was that horse joint pain is common to equines that are at least 15 years of age. Just like in humans, the tendons and cartilage of horses can also be susceptible to wear and tear as they grow old. I got Semper since I was 14, so it is only natural for my beloved horse to experience pain, tenderness, stiffness and swelling in the joints. I had not noticed that he was in so much pain and had been suffering for quite some time already. I ride him every day around our farm and was even putting him through hours of practice.

Medication and drugs are usually given for equine joint pain. I know that pain medication and drugs can be harmful to my horses organs. I really just wanted to make sure Semper was treated with alternatives to medication. Good thing Dr. Ava Frick also supports different types of therapy and pain management programs that are all natural. I love that the Animal Fitness Center uses holistic methods of therapy to relieve animal arthritis and pain. They are not only concerned about eradicating pain using gadgets and devices, but they are also concerned of the proper nutrition needed to hasten the recuperation of the problems and diseases of the animals in their clinic. I was truly relieved to see how my horse was cared for during his stay at the Animal Fitness Center.

I really appreciate the animal chiropractic care that Dr. Ava Frick was able to provide for my horse. This type of treatment is aimed at targeting the core of the problem and not merely the symptoms. Even though medicine can relieve the horse joint pain that Semper felt, they usually don’t even treat the actual problem just the symptoms. Aside from massage therapy, my horse was also subjected to PST Vet (Pulsed Signal Therapy), which is a non invasive type of pain management that not only helps alleviate pain but also boosts the functionality of problematic areas. In just a couple of weeks under the supervision of Animal Fitness Center, my Semper started to show a marked improvement.Animal Chiropractic
